Heather's Private Transfer's & Tours provides private transfers to and from Cairns Airport, Cairns Northern Beaches, Port Douglas, Mossman, Atherton Tablelands, as well as Tours to various tourism highlights as far south as the Mission Beach area and as far north as The Daintree.

How do I make a booking?
The simplest way to make a booking is by keying your request through to our website Enquiry Form. We will always respond as soon as possible. (Mon-Sun 0600-2100 QLD time). Alternatively, you may book by phone (text) using the number listed on our website. We will email, call or text with further questions and organise payment so that your booking is locked in. (No payment, no booking).

How do I book a return transfer?
We strongly recommend that booking your return trip at the time of your initial booking. This way we will be able to make sure we have the correct timing to suit you specific needs.

What are your hours of operation?
Our transfers can be available both day and night, every day of the year except Christmas Day. Please enquire to check if your booking time and date is available.

Do you meet us inside the airport?
Yes, your driver will meet you by the carousel corresponding to your flight, holding a sign bearing your surname.

Are there any stops?
The transfer is direct from point to point. Any stops you require must be booked in advance and will incur an additional charge.

Do you pick up anyone else?
No. It’s just you and your travel party, nobody else.

What if our flight is late?
If we know your flight number, we monitor it on the Airport Arrivals website and cross check with the Flight Radar app on our phones. There is no extra charge if this occurs.

Can we book you for a tour?
Yes, we can provide you with a tailored day tour for just you and your small group at a reasonable price. You will need to give us lots of notice for this especially around the school holidays.

What if I miss my flight and I am on another one?
In that case, you will need to advise us prior to boarding your flight. If we don't hear from you we will have set the wheels in motion to meet your original flight. If you are not on it you will be deemed to be a 'no show' and the vehicle will depart without you. The airlines are not empowered to divulge passenger lists so we have no way of tracking you down. If you advise us of your flight change prior to boarding, we will endeavour to continue with your booking provided we are available at that time. If unavailable, we will recommend other transfer companies for you to contact.

What vehicle do you use?
We use an 8 seater 2022 Mercedes Benz Vito Tourer luxury van which provides for a clean, comfortable, air-conditioned transfer.

Do you offer baby seats?
We do cater to families, and have baby seats available. We have two cradle 0 - 4 years baby seat, and two 4 - 8 years booster seat available. If you require a baby/child seat, please advise at the time of booking.

What are my passenger obligations?
1. Passengers are not permitted to drink alcohol or eat food or consume any non water beverage. Thank you for your help to keep our vehicles clean and tidy.

2. A cleaning charge of $175 INC GST applies to any non-water spillages or mess that in the assessment of the driver needs to be professionally cleaned. This cleaning charge applies to spillages of food & beverage, and any bodily fluids including vomit. If cleaning is required we will provide an invoice for payment due within 7 days. Your assistance is appreciated.

3. Please take any rubbish with you.

4. Animals are not permitted in our private transfer vehicles, unless they are an approved guide, hearing, or assistance animal.

5. Smoking is not permitted on our services. This includes all types of cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and any vaping device.
